2026:21 Bore and Fiber Project

The City of Jonesboro is seeking qualified contractors to install 10 fiber bores with 6 pair Single Mode Fiber, along with the provision of LC to LC connectors and the installation of a fiber patch panel inside the intersection cabinet. The project aims to provide connectivity to the city's signal cabinets. The contractor must comply with industry standards for fiber optic installation, test and certify the installed fiber, and provide results of testing after installation. The selection of the winning proposal will be based on a combination of technical expertise, experience, and cost-effectiveness. • The project includes the installation of fiber bores, connectors, and patch panels at various locations. • Contractors must provide evidence of experience in similar fiber optic installation projects and proof of certifications and licenses. • The project must be completed within the agreed-upon timeline, and the contractor must provide a detailed breakdown of costs. • The City of Jonesboro reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to accept any bid with or without trade-in.
