The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 4,069 square feet of office space in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. The lease term will be for 180 months, with a firm term of 120 months and two 30-month option periods. The offered space must be located in a modern quality building with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum, or other permanent materials in good condition. The space must also meet certain requirements for neighborhood and parking, including being located in a prime commercial office district with attractive and professional surroundings. The successful offeror will be required to design and build tenant improvements, including seismic retrofitting if necessary, and will be compensated for these costs.
