Detroit Supply Schedule #5 Printing Services

The City of Detroit is seeking qualified suppliers to provide printing services, including design and mailing services, to meet the demands of various city departments. The city is looking for suppliers with at least three years of experience in providing similar services and the financial capacity to conduct business. • The city departments that will be served by the selected suppliers include the Department of Elections, Department of Transportation, Finance Dept, Law Dept, and Non-Departmental. • The suppliers will be required to provide samples, online proofs, or physical proofs of printing, design, or mailing materials if requested by the ordering department. • The city will track performance metrics, including order turnaround time and printing quality, to ensure that the selected suppliers are meeting the performance standards outlined in the scope of work. • The suppliers will be expected to attend performance meetings and provide reports on orders received, orders fulfilled, and any errors or issues encountered. • The city is seeking a collaborative relationship with the selected suppliers to consistently achieve superior service delivery.
