The United States Marine Corps is seeking a contractor to provide Youth Ministry Services for the Chapel located on Marine Corps Base Hawaii. The contractor will be required to establish, implement, and maintain a strategy and comprehensive plan for a Youth Ministry Program. The services will be provided for 15 hours a week for 52 weeks. The contractor will be responsible for performing specific tasks in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Some key points to consider: • The contractor must submit their final proposal and all required documentation prior to the solicitation close date and time. • The contractor must acknowledge the original solicitation and all amendments by providing signatures on page 1 of the solicitation and all amendments. • Proposals must include unit pricing and extended pricing for CLIN 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001. • The Government will evaluate the total price inclusive of the extension of services under FAR 52.217-8. • The contractor's past performance will be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis.
