The Department of the Army is soliciting encampment services for JROTC 265 cadets and 45 cadre members supporting Phar San Juan Alamo High School from 13-17 February 2026. The services include facility usage, golf cart rentals, ice bags, portable showers, lodging, medical services, radios, and meals. The contractor shall provide these services within 233 miles of 6901 Parker Ave., West Palm Beach, Florida. The award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive quote from a responsible offeror. • The contractor shall provide facility usage, including training sites, activities, staff, and portable latrines. • The contractor shall provide golf cart rentals, including 13 4-passenger gas-operated and 2 flat beds gas-operated with fuel included. • The contractor shall provide 500 pounds of ice. • The contractor shall provide portable showers with tanks, including 8-10 stalls each, with tank pumping and electrical service. • The contractor shall provide lodging for 265 cadets and 45 cadre members. • The contractor shall provide medical services, including 2 qualified, licensed medical personnel and a health facility with supplies and treatment rooms. • The contractor shall provide 50 radios. • The contractor shall provide meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, for cadets and cadre members.
