RFI - SURVEY OF INTERNATIONAL AIR TRAVELERS (SIAT)

The U.S. Government is seeking information from vendors about their capabilities and experience in conducting primary research via surveys, specifically for the Survey of International Air Travelers (SIAT) program. The program aims to collect statistical data on visitation patterns, traveler and spending characteristics of international air passenger markets. The contractor should have knowledge of the international travel market, international travel research techniques, sampling methodologies, questionnaire design, data processing, report production, and survey logistics. • The SIAT program is a primary research program conducted monthly since 1983. • The program provides statistical data on visitation patterns, traveler and spending characteristics of international air passenger markets. • The contractor should have experience in conducting surveys electronically and adapting survey methods to encourage greater response rates. • The contractor should also have experience in developing dashboards to analyze and visualize data.
