Publication of Official Matter 2026

The Hennepin County is seeking a vendor to provide publication services for official matter in 2026. The contract will be for a period of one year, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The vendor will be required to provide publications of official matter, including public notices, financial statements, and other documents as specified in the bid documents. The county reserves the right to increase or decrease the actual quantity ordered with no change in the unit price. • The bid must be submitted via the Supplier Portal, unless otherwise specified by the county. • The bid must include any price discounts, including early payment discounts, and must remain firm throughout the contract term. • The county reserves the right to request additional information, such as references or product samples, and to reject any bid that does not comply with the bid documents. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced responsible bidder that submitted a responsive bid.
