Professional Services – Commercial Real Estate and Economic Development-Redevelopment Consulting Services

The City of Columbia is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for commercial real estate and economic development-redevelopment consulting services. The selected firm will be responsible for providing business retention, expansion, attraction, and creation commercial real estate consulting services. The scope of work includes market and economic analysis, development feasibility and site evaluation, redevelopment and revitalization support, public-private partnership and incentive guidance, economic development advisory services, and stakeholder engagement and communication.
