RFP for Professional Municipal Legal Services

The City & Borough of Wrangell seeks a qualified attorney or law firm to serve as its municipal legal counsel, providing ongoing advisory, drafting, and representation services for the Borough Assembly, Manager, Clerk, and staff. The engagement includes a flat‑rate monthly retainer for routine matters (approximately 15 hours per month) and hourly rates for specialized or outside‑retainer work such as foreclosures, union negotiations, and court appearances.
