GASB 75 Actuarial Services

The City of Hot Springs is seeking a qualified consultant to provide actuarial services for Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) in compliance with GASB Statement No. 75. The selected actuary will be responsible for data collection and review, actuarial valuation, reporting and disclosures, and recommendations and support. The scope of work includes performing valuation of the OPEB plan, calculating total OPEB liability, and developing sensitivity analyses. The consultant will also provide an Actuarial Valuation Report and supporting schedules. • The consultant must have experience with GASB 75 actuarial services • The consultant must be able to perform data collection and review, actuarial valuation, and reporting and disclosures • The consultant must be able to provide recommendations and support • The consultant must be able to deliver an Actuarial Valuation Report and supporting schedules • The consultant must comply with current GASB 75 standards and agency-specific policies
