THREE YEAR CONTRACT FOR MERCHANT SERVICES

The San Antonio Water System is seeking a well-qualified Service Provider to supply cardholder present and cardholder not-present credit and debit card processing services, as well as Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) processing. The Service Provider will integrate a customer payment option for SAWS residential and commercial customers to make payments by credit and debit cards through various channels. The Service Provider will process cardholder present transactions for credit and debit cards through a swipe, chip, or tap via a POS device. Key aspects of the job include: • Supplying cardholder present and cardholder not-present credit and debit card processing services • Integrating a customer payment option for SAWS customers • Processing cardholder present transactions for credit and debit cards through a POS device • Possibly processing ACH transactions through the IVR and Service Provider’s call center
