ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES

The Knox County Procurement Division is seeking architectural and engineering services for multiple Career Technical Education (CTE) projects within existing Knox County Schools facilities. The selected firm will provide design services, including programming, schematic design, and construction administration. The contract will be negotiated using AIA Document B101 – 2017, and the total compensation will be established as a lump sum. The project scope includes renovations to several schools, such as Central High School, Gibbs High School, and L & N STEM Academy. The evaluation criteria include the firm's credentials, experience, and approach to the project, as well as the qualifications of key personnel.
