The State of South Carolina is establishing a statewide term contract for Barracuda‑branded cybersecurity solutions, covering software, hardware appliances, and associated professional services. The contract is mandatory for all state agencies and optional for local public‑procurement units, with a one‑year initial term and up to four one‑year renewal options (maximum five‑year duration). Offerors must be authorized Barracuda Preferred or Premiere partners, provide a single percentage discount off the Barracuda MSRP for ten product categories, and meet extensive security, insurance, and staffing requirements, including a 24‑hour help desk and a 4‑hour on‑site response capability statewide.
