Post Permanency Support Program

The Post Permanency Support Program provides services to families formed through adoption and guardianship in Vermont, focusing on needs associated with early trauma, attachment, and normative adoption/permanency themes. The program aims to provide family-based, comprehensive services to support the clinical needs of families and ensure that workers are current with trends in treatment of developmental trauma, attachment, and other challenges. The selected contractor will be expected to provide services in the home, participate in treatment teams, and collaborate with community stakeholders. The contract will be for a period of one year with an option to renew for up to four additional twelve-month periods.
