Design Services for Swamp Rabbit Trail Wayfinding Master Plan

The City of Greenville is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to develop a comprehensive Wayfinding Master Plan for its portion of the Swamp Rabbit Trail network, which currently spans roughly 10 miles of multi‑use pathways. The selected consultant will be responsible for planning, design, and documentation of signage systems, graphic standards, and implementation guidelines to improve navigation and user experience along the trail. Deliverables are expected to include a strategic wayfinding framework, detailed design drawings, signage specifications, cost estimates, and an implementation schedule. • Develop a strategic wayfinding concept aligned with local branding and trail usage patterns. • Produce detailed design drawings and specifications for signage, wayfinding fixtures, and graphics. • Provide cost estimates, phasing plans, and implementation guidance for the City’s review and approval.
