Wellness Equipment

The City of Spokane is issuing an RFQ to obtain quotes for a range of wellness‑equipment items to be installed in a new gym facility. Vendors must submit unit‑price proposals for each line‑item, including delivery, assembly, and installation costs, while excluding sales tax (the City will add tax later). Any equipment that requires permanent attachment to the building must be identified but not priced; the City will handle those costs separately. The bid tab has been updated to include separate fields for delivery fees and additional charges. The award may be made to a single vendor, but the City reserves the right to split the award among multiple vendors if advantageous.
