WCEM Situational Awareness & Communication Platform Subscription

The Washoe County Emergency Management (WCEM) is seeking a platform solution for enhancing situational awareness, increasing citizen preparedness, and strengthening operational communications across participating jurisdictions. This RFP is grant funded and shall comply with all applicable local and federal procurement procedures and regulations. The platform described is a real-time communication tool designed to help public safety agencies coordinate during incidents, including emergency evacuations, natural disasters, and other multi-agency response events. Key features of the platform may include: • Real-time communication and coordination • Situational awareness and mapping • Emergency evacuation and natural disaster response • Multi-agency response event management • Citizen preparedness and notification The grant term is retroactive from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, and the project duration is approximately 12 months.
