Description
The Wyoming State Construction Department, on behalf of the Wyoming Game & Fish Department, is seeking qualified professional engineering firms to provide design services for the North Platte River “The Redds” spawning enhancement project. The scope includes a kickoff meeting, a 10% conceptual design, 60% permitting‑ready design, and 100% construction‑ready design, addressing side‑channel trout spawning flow, channel narrowing, bank stabilization, spawning structures, and gravel augmentation as funding permits. The work must be completed by June 1 2027, with a mandatory pre‑proposal conference on September 2 2026 and final proposal submission by September 23 2026.
