The Cherokee Nation is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preventive, repair, and 24‑hour emergency maintenance for diesel generators located at seven food‑distribution facilities. Work includes two scheduled preventive‑maintenance visits per year at each site (full inspection, oil change, spark‑plug replacement, and transfer‑switch verification) and ad‑hoc repairs or emergency response as needed. The contractor must submit a single “Base Bid” per site with detailed labor, material, and supervision costs, meet Tribal employment preferences, and carry the required insurance coverage.
