SOURCES SOUGHT: Side Covers for Existing BeaverFit Facility

The US Air Force is seeking sources capable of providing and installing custom side covers for an existing outdoor BeaverFit functional fitness facility at the 149th Fighter Wing, JBSA Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. The proposed solution must withstand local weather conditions while maintaining the structural integrity of the existing BeaverFit rig. * The existing conex boxes are 20 feet long by 8 feet 4 inches high, and the BeaverFit rig is approximately 36 feet across the base from pole to pole. * The vendor must provide materials and perform the installation. * The vendor must have previous experience modifying, covering, or attaching structures to existing BeaverFit containerized fitness solutions or similar tactical fitness rigs. * The vendor must recommend materials for the enclosure to ensure longevity in the South Texas climate. * The vendor must provide a proposed cover solution that attaches to the existing rig and conex boxes without affecting the current structure's anti-corrosion coating or warranty.
