Software, Online Subscriptions, Hardware, Services and Communication Services

The Mesquite Independent School District (MISD) is seeking to retain qualified persons and/or companies to provide software, online subscriptions, hardware, services, and communication services. The district will make the sole determination of need, and multiple provider awards are anticipated to provide MISD with a variety of resources for needed services. The services requested include, but are not limited to, software, subscriptions, phone services, and staff development services to train personnel on how to use the subscriptions. • The solicitation has a hardware component design for computer parts but is not specific to any brand. • Virtual K-12 tutoring, positive behavior support software, school/class communication software, and virtual tutoring are all included under this RFP. • Vendors are not required to provide pricing to all the groups listed in the solicitation. • The contract will automatically renew on June 30th of each year with the final renewal expiring on June 30, 2027, unless cancelled by the District or Vendor 30 days in advance.
