PA037-26, Purchase of Medical Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide on an Annual Contract

Gwinnett County’s Department of Fire and Emergency Services is seeking qualified medical‑gas manufacturers to provide an annual supply of medical oxygen and carbon dioxide, with the option to renew up to four additional one‑year terms. The contract covers the provision of gas cylinders, delivery, cylinder swaps, emergency 24‑hour service, and compliance with FDA, CGMP, CGA, NFPA, and DOT regulations. Vendors must be FDA‑registered, have a local plant within 100 mi of the County’s central warehouse, and maintain extensive insurance coverage. Pricing must be firm for the initial year and any renewal periods.
