Industrial and Medical Gases

The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking bids from qualified providers to provide industrial and medical gases to all State Agencies and Political Subdivisions throughout the State. The contract term will begin on 3/1/2026 and end on 2/28/2029, with the option to renew for up to 3 annual extensions. Bidders must provide a price list for all products, including the unit of measure, and must be able to replace bulk tanks to ensure uninterrupted gas line service. • The contract requires the bidder to provide a recommended implementation schedule timeline for the Agency. • The bidder must be able to respond to all inquiries from the Agency within 24 hours of receipt of inquiry. • The bidder must be available to begin work within 30 calendar days of contract finalization. • The contract will be available to all State Agencies and Political Subdivisions. • The bidder must comply with the Terms of Pcard Acceptance. • The bidder must provide a detailed quarterly report in Microsoft Excel on all sales made under the resulting Contract.
