The Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS) is seeking a qualified advisor or advisors to provide public equity investment advisory services. The selected advisor will be required to execute a contract provided by ERS, which will begin on the date specified in the contract and will continue until it is terminated as provided for in the contract. The strategy ERS seeks can be found in the ERS Investment Strategy Description, attached to the RFQ as Appendix D. Potential respondents must have submitted data on firm/strategy to eVestment by August 11, 2026. • The RFQ is available as an attachment to this ESBD notice. • ERS reserves the right to rebid the RFP if deemed to be in the best interests of ERS, its members, and/or the State. • ERS also reserves the right to reject any proposal submitted that does not fully comply with the RFP’s instructions and criteria. • The contract value is estimated to be around $60,000,000.
