Furnish and Deliver Commercial-Grade Vertical Garbage Compactor System

The City of West Palm Beach is seeking a qualified contractor to supply, deliver, and commission up to three Marathon Vert‑I‑Pack (VIP) commercial‑grade vertical garbage compactor systems on an as‑needed basis. The contract is a one‑year term with no guaranteed minimum quantity or dollar value; the City will issue purchase orders for each unit as demand arises. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, supervision, logistics, and incidentals to ensure each unit is fully operational and complies with all applicable regulations. Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline and must include an original, an electronic copy on a USB drive, and a sealed paper copy. • Supply and delivery of up to three (3) commercial‑grade vertical garbage compactor units (Marathon Vert‑I‑Pack). • Complete installation services, including site preparation, utilities hookup, testing, and training. • Full compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations; all logistics and incidentals covered by the contractor.
