NOI to Sole Source - USAFA Liquid Chromatography Replacement

The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) intends to award a sole-source contract for the procurement of a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Liquid Chromatography System bundle to replace existing, nonfunctional laboratory equipment. The required system must integrate and interface natively with the laboratory's existing Sciex QTRAP 5500 Mass Spectrometer and must be fully controlled by Sciex OS software without the use of third-party bridging applications. The scope of work includes the procurement of the liquid chromatography system, solvent selection kit, column switching kit, high-pressure conversion kit, PFAS kit, and Sciex OS software license, as well as installation labor and training. • The system must meet specific technical requirements, including compatibility with the existing Sciex QTRAP 5500 Mass Spectrometer system. • The system must include various components, such as a core ExionLC AE system, Sciex OS upgrade software license, and associated components. • The vendor must provide a capability statement or quotation that meets all requirements in the attached salient characteristics document. • The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed-price purchase order.
