BACKGROUND SEARCH SERVICES

The City of Springfield is seeking proposals from qualified persons or firms to provide background check services. The successful offeror will be required to comply with § 285.530, RSMo., as amended, and provide documentation affirming its enrollment and participation in a federal work authorization program. The City is committed to providing opportunities to DBE, MBE, and WBE prime, general, and subcontractors and encourages such business enterprises to submit responses. • The proposal must be received electronically through the City's e-bidding service provider, Euna OpenBids (formerly DemandStar), by 3:00 PM (CT) on Friday, March 13, 2026. • Proposals will be read aloud publicly at the specified opening date and time via teleconference. • The City encourages DBE, MBE, and WBE prime, general, and subcontractors to submit responses. • The successful offeror must comply with § 285.530, RSMo., as amended, and provide documentation affirming its enrollment and participation in a federal work authorization program.
