IDIQ ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING, AND SURVEYING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Bell County is seeking to procure IDIQ Architectural, Engineering, and Surveying Professional Services for various projects over a 5-year period. The selected firms will provide comprehensive professional services on an as-needed basis. The county is looking for experienced firms with a proven track record, particularly those with experience in the government sector. The firms should have at least three years of experience for projects below $5 million and five years of experience for projects greater than $5 million. • The services will be used for new and renovation projects. • The selection will result in a pre-qualified list of firms. • The firms will be expected to provide comprehensive professional services. • The term of the contract is expected to be five years, unless the Court determines a different term.
