The Snohomish County Public Utility District (PUD) is seeking a licensed Washington real‑estate broker or brokerage firm to provide on‑demand brokerage services for the acquisition and disposition of District‑owned or District‑needed real property. The contract will cover both sales of surplus properties and purchases of sites needed for operational purposes (e.g., substations, facilities). The anticipated workload is modest – roughly 3‑5 disposals and 3‑5 acquisitions over an initial two‑year term – with the possibility of fee‑for‑service advisory work on a case‑by‑case basis.
