Ramsey Welding and CNA Lab Upgrade at our Madison Site

The Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College is seeking designer services for the Ramsey Welding and CNA Lab Upgrade at their Madison Site. The project involves upgrading the electrical systems, lighting, and ventilation in the Welding lab to current code, as well as painting and cleaning the area. The Welding lab will also be expanded into the adjacent CNA lab space, which will be relocated to a mobile classroom in the parking lot. The selected designer will be responsible for providing a comprehensive design approach, including a design team and consultants, and must be properly licensed to practice in the State of North Carolina. • The project includes upgrading the electrical systems, lighting, and ventilation in the Welding lab. • The Welding lab is 2,600 square feet and will be expanded into the adjacent CNA lab space. • The CNA lab will be relocated to a mobile classroom in the parking lot. • The selected designer must be properly licensed to practice in the State of North Carolina. • The designer will be responsible for providing a comprehensive design approach, including a design team and consultants.
