Budget estimate

$150,000 – $350,000

Based on previously awarded similar demolition contracts in Gloversville (ranging from $19,494 to $255,032) and the fact that this solicitation covers four separate sites, a reasonable estimate for the total contract value is between $150,000 and $350,000. The lower bound assumes minimal structural complexity, while the upper bound accounts for larger structures, hazardous material handling, and disposal fees.
