Dodds Sinclair Terminal Contaminated Soil Removal Project

The City of Dubuque is seeking bids for the Dodds Sinclair Terminal Contaminated Soil Removal Project. The project involves the removal and disposal of approximately 22.3 CY of contaminated soil material. The contaminated soil will be transported and disposed of at the Dubuque Metropolitan Area Solid Waste Agency landfill. The City will be responsible for the associated landfill fees.
