The Brick Township Board of Education is seeking a qualified architectural firm to deliver comprehensive design and construction‑administration services for its school facilities over a three‑year period. The scope covers budgeting, monthly reporting, alignment with the district’s long‑range facility plan, preparation of state‑level project applications, coordination of SDA funding, full architectural (non‑civil) design services from schematic through close‑out, emergency on‑call support, and assistance with contractor‑bidder processes. The contract will be awarded on a percentage‑of‑construction‑cost fee basis with minimum fee thresholds, and fees are billed by design phase. The firm must provide extensive certifications (anti‑bribery, debarment, affirmative‑action, Iran/Russia‑Belarus, non‑collusion, etc.) and maintain the required insurance coverages.
