FY27 APOD Solid Waste - Fort Polk

The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive solid‑waste management services at the Aerial Port of Debarkation (APOD) at England Airpark, Fort Polk, Louisiana. The contractor must supply and operate at least seven 40‑cubic‑yard roll‑off containers (plus a reserve of seven), perform scheduled weekly bulky‑item collections, respond to unscheduled collection requests within four duty hours, and transport all waste directly to an off‑post permitted landfill no later than the third day after collection. Additional requirements include providing all necessary vehicles, PPE, permits, and developing quality‑control, safety, and environmental compliance plans.
