Description
The Rhode Island Lottery is seeking a qualified vendor to operate its statewide Problem Gambling Helpline on a cost‑reimbursement basis. The contractor must provide continuous 24/7/365 live support via phone, text/SMS, web chat, and QR‑code access, ensuring ADA‑compliant and multilingual services. The vendor will be responsible for evidence‑based brief interventions, suicide screening, crisis de‑escalation, and referral to treatment resources, as well as ongoing outreach, awareness campaigns, and participation in quarterly and annual training events. Detailed monthly performance and utilization reports are required, and the vendor must meet strict technology, security, and data‑collection standards.
