Term Contract for Purchase & Delivery of Michelin Tires as specified for the City & Borough of Juneau (CBJ), Capital City Fire Rescue (CCFR)

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking a term contract for the purchase and delivery of Michelin tires as specified for the Capital City Fire Rescue. The contract will establish a 'Quick Quote Approved Supplier List' which will allow the City to place future orders for additional tires on an as-needed basis with the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting all requirements. • The initial order is for 2 Michelin 24R-21 XZL tires with no substitute. • The City does not guarantee any minimum or maximum orders. • Suppliers who choose to be on the 'Quick Quote Approved Supplier List' agree to be contacted for future purchases and deliveries of the Michelin 24R-21 XZL tires. • The QQ Supplier List will be effective from the date of award of this quote through June 30, 2029. • The City reserves the right to determine suitability of items offered and to reject any items that do not meet the specifications or requirements.
