Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ for Real Estate Acquisition Support Services. The award will be a multiple‑award, small‑business set‑aside (100 % Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business) contract that provides broker services to identify, market, evaluate, negotiate, and close lease agreements for VA facilities nationwide. The contract has a one‑year base period with four one‑year options (up to five years total) and a ceiling of $30 million per awardee. Compensation is commission‑based, calculated as a percentage of the aggregate lease value, with weighted evaluation of rates across lease‑size categories. Contractors must hold a current state broker license in every jurisdiction where work is performed, complete required VA training courses, and submit a Licensing/Lawful‑Authority sheet for each state. The solicitation includes extensive reporting requirements (monthly status reports, quarterly SBA compliance reports, and commission rate schedules) and a robust quality‑assurance and past‑performance evaluation framework.

• Compensation is a percentage‑based commission (weighted by lease size) on each lease; the overall IDIQ ceiling is $30 M with a $1 M minimum order.
