Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source 8(a) to Flatwater Professional Services Company for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Memphis District, Programs and Project Management Division Office Furniture Requirement

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Memphis District, intends to issue a commercial services order for the supply, delivery, and installation of new furniture for the Programs and Project Management Division. The vendor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and perform all operations in connection with furnishing and installing office furniture and removing all packaging materials and debris resulting from the installation. The key requirements of this project include: • Supply and delivery of new furniture • Installation of office furniture • Removal of packaging materials and debris • Compliance with the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 541614 • Small Business size standard of $20,000,000 dollars
