Copy & Printing Services

The Lee's Summit R-7 School District is soliciting bids for Copy & Printing Services. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose proposal complies with all prescribed requirements. The District requires that all materials ordered will be delivered when specified, and time is of the essence of this purchase order. The selected respondent shall be responsible for supplies until they are delivered and accepted at the designated delivery point. The agreement shall be governed solely by the terms and conditions as set forth in this agreement and any specifications or documents. • The District is seeking a yearly contract for copy and printing services on an as-needed basis. • Projects will vary in size and scope, and quantities are not guaranteed. • Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Ion Wave platform. • The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any formalities or technicalities if deemed in the best interest of the District.
