47--Miles City Field Office (MCFO) PIPELINE MATERIAL

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking bids for the provision of pipeline materials for the Miles City Field Office (MCFO). The contract requires the purchase and delivery of 2” HDPE black pipe (DR 11) to the BLM Admin Site in Miles City, Montana. The contractor is responsible for shipping costs, and no modifications for increased costs will be permitted. The delivery shall be made during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8AM-4:30PM, and the contractor must contact the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) 48 hours prior to delivery to ensure forklift and operator availability for off-loading. The contractor must also provide manufacturers' specifications, handling and storage details, and written certification from the manufacturer that the materials conform to the contract requirements. • The contract requires the delivery of 81,000 feet of 2” HDPE black pipe (DR 11). • The pipe must be manufactured from PE4710 resin polyethylene and meet ASTM D 2837 and D3350 standards. • The contractor must provide manufacturer specifications and certification. • The delivery location is the BLM Admin Site at 111 Garryowen Road, Miles City, MT 59301. • The contractor must contact the COR 48 hours prior to delivery to ensure forklift and operator availability.
