Senior Advisor - Personal Services Contractor

The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of Technical Assistance (OTA) is recruiting a Senior Advisor under a personal services contract for its Banking & Financial Services Team. The position is US-based and requires significant international travel. The Senior Advisor will provide a wide range of support to the BFS team throughout the program lifecycle, including facilitating effective project assessments, proposals, and related project design, as well as supporting the monitoring, evaluation, and oversight of BFS projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical capability, and highly effective communication and public presentation skills.
