Rock Island USACE Moving Services Blanket Purchase Agreement

The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide furniture moving, relocation, reconfiguration, or disposal of furniture and/or equipment services to the Corp of Engineers located on the Rock Island Arsenal. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a maximum total value of $250,000. The contractor must have at least three years of experience in performing similar services and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The contractor will be required to provide services such as pre-move surveys, tagging and inventory, packing and loading, transportation, and delivery. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all services are performed in accordance with the contract requirements and that all personnel are properly trained and supervised. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety, security, and environmental protection. • The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical experience, geographic location, and price. • The contract will be awarded to the contractor that provides the best value to the Government, considering factors such as price, technical experience, and geographic location.
