DG10--LEADS 3.0 PRIVATE ETHERNET TRANSPORT SERVICE MARION VA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide private Ethernet transport services for the Marion VA Health Care System. The contract will be modified to include a new clause addressing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) discrimination. The contractor will be required to comply with this clause and report any noncompliance to the Contracting Officer. The scope of work includes implementing the new DEI clause and ensuring that all subcontractors comply with its requirements.
