The University at Buffalo Ross Eye Institute intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355 (5) (a), which is up to $125,000, for SWEPT Source OCT Biometer(s) IOL Master 700. The biometers must include Telecentric and Total Keratometry and Central Topography. A sealed bid will not be held.
