5-Unit T Hangar Cost Estimate

The City of Presque Isle seeks a full‑service A‑E firm to review existing drawings of its 5‑unit T‑hangar, update the design to current codes, and produce a detailed construction cost estimate for an identical hangar to be built in 2027. The scope includes architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing design review and a cost‑estimating package that must be accurate within ±10 % of the final engineer’s estimate. Qualified firms must demonstrate experience on at least three similar airport or hangar projects and provide three client references. Insurance requirements include $1 M general liability and $1 M professional liability. The proposal must be submitted by August 29 2025.
