Giant Voice Ellsworth AFB - Sources Sought

The US Air Force is seeking sources for a new Giant Voice system at Ellsworth AFB in South Dakota. The system should provide real-time intelligible voice alert messages, tone alerts, and music for the entire base. The system must be fully AtHoc-compliant and integrate with the existing AtHoc IIM equipment. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, tools, and personnel to complete the project, including design, installation, testing, and training. The system should have a modular design, be weatherproof, and have a battery backup power source. The contractor must also provide a detailed acoustic design and conduct sound propagation analysis and optimization to ensure the system meets the required coverage areas. Some key features and requirements of the system include: * Two-way communications capability for equipment status monitoring and activation control * Ability to initiate concurrent and/or sequential activations * System zoning capability to allow selective activation of some or all Giant Voice Tower sites * Ability to create automatic activations based on a flexible schedule * Ability to override automatic activation in case of malfunctions * Ability to support CAP-compliant interfaces and/or RS232 ports and audio connections * Ability to deliver messages or alerts via email, SMS text, telephone, or computer popups * A detailed test plan and test results to demonstrate the system is fully operational and meets the specified requirements.
