Steele Boulevard Park

The Town of Berlin is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide design services for the redevelopment of a 0.29-acre Town-owned parcel into a public community park. The park will be located at 30 Steele Boulevard, within the Steele Center mixed-use development, and will serve as a shared community gathering space for the surrounding buildings. The selected firm will be expected to provide industry-standard or higher quality services while maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness.
