REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Replacement of Bridge No 06956

The selected firm will be evaluated based on technical competence, capacity, past performance, and knowledge of federal, state, and town procedures. The firm should have experience in civil or highway engineering and should be able to provide construction inspection services. The project requires various personnel with specific experience and qualifications, including a Construction Coordinator, Chief Inspector, and Survey Party Chief. • The Construction Coordinator should have at least 15 years of experience in civil or highway engineering, with at least 6 years in a supervisory capacity. • The Chief Inspector should have at least 8 years of experience in civil, highway, or a relevant engineering field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. • The Survey Party Chief should have at least 4 years of construction survey experience, with at least 3 years as an instrument person or survey party chief.
