The State of Alaska, through its Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, is seeking letters of interest from owners or developers who can provide approximately 1,661 sq ft of office and support space in Kodiak for the Department of Corrections. The space must meet a detailed layout (private offices, open‑desk areas, waiting room, conference area, reception, interview room, locker/shower/toilet rooms, parking, etc.) and be available for occupancy by February 1, 2027, with a lease term of five years plus up to five one‑year renewal options. Utilities, maintenance, snow removal, and janitorial services are to be included in the lease. Respondents must submit a written LOI by October 2, 2026, providing floor‑plan size, address/legal description, parking availability, and estimated occupancy date.
