RFP WORKERS COMPENSATION SERVICES

The City of Quincy, Massachusetts, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for professional services for Workers' Compensation Case Management, Administration of the Indemnification of Police Officers and Firefighters, and Loss Control Consulting Services. The scope of services includes administration/management of future and existing workers' compensation cases, loss control services, administration/management of medical services provided to police and fire personnel, and preparing and submitting Medicare mandatory secondary payer reports. • The proposal should include non-price and price proposals in separate sealed envelopes. • The proposals will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Department, City Hall, 1305 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA 02169, until May 21, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. • Detailed specifications are available on-line at the City of Quincy's website and at the Office of the Purchasing Department. • All inquiries should be directed to Kathryn R.
